MASTER CLASSES
MASTER CLASS
Entrance into Master Class means you’re consistently doing high-level, truthful work. Breath, presence, active listening, non-linear choice-making, multiple conflicting needs — these are no longer things you “reach for.” They’re baked in.
The challenges here don’t come from the fundamentals; they come from your willingness to stretch into unfamiliar territory. Expect struggle. Expect breakthroughs. Expect the work to push you and lift you in equal measure.
Master Class students are also expected to be joyful collaborators — artists who contribute to the community, show up for others, and help shape the creative culture of ARC.

MASTER PRO
Master Pro students can do everything the Master students can do, but are also navigating — and succeeding in — the professional landscape. They’re auditioning regularly, booking work, and learning how to sustain their craft inside the realities of the business.
Master Pros are expected to teach the opening lesson 1–4 times per year and to mentor other ARC actors stepping into the professional world. Think of this as training for the work and the career.
