THE STRUCTURE

advanced semesters

After Core, each “semester” runs in twelve-week cycles. Students should expect to spend multiple cycles at each level. The naming of each stage reflects the type of growth required to move through it — not arbitrary levels, but real artistic evolution.

THE STAGES

Stage 1

The foundation of advanced work. This is where Core graduates start stretching into bolder choice-making, deeper emotional availability, stronger physical life, and more consistent breath and presence. You’re building repeatable craft here — work that doesn’t rely on luck.

Stage 2

Greater risk, more range, more ownership. Students begin tackling material with more complexity, more imaginative demand, and higher levels of emotional truth. The work becomes more athletic, more muscular, and more personal.

Stage 3

Where the training becomes your body. Choices are instinctive, listening is second nature, and your emotional life is freer, faster, and more resilient. Students work on material that demands nuance, precision, and a high level of self-awareness. You’re not just learning craft — you’re embodying it.
